The extruded products are made after color development, mixing, pelletizing, extrusion, and other processes. With the characteristics of rich colors, good texture, and easy processing, our main extrusion products include mono-color, multilayers, and gradient collections.
The structure and effects of different types of acetate products are as follows:
1. Monocolor could present various color effects of solid, milky, transparent, or pearl by adjusting the color pigments.
2. Multilayers could realize 2 to 4 layers effect by extruding different colors together and they are colorful with a good sense of hierarchy.
3. Gradients could be used to create gradual effects by exchanging different colors and different color textures.
Block exploits the possibility of hot-forming cellulose acetate, after inserting pre-colored and pre-shaped granules in the mold, to produce a sheet with excellent aesthetic and mechanical properties. The variety of shapes and colors collection of granules enable the sheet with different effects of tortoise, spot, geometric stripe, camouflage or marble, etc. Block craft could express all kinds of concepts.
